Over the recent years BEFL’s employees have been cooperating with the magazine “Joint-Stock Company: corporate management issues” ("Акционерное общество: вопросы корпоративного управления ") and have regularly authored topical articles and expressed expert’s opinions for the magazine.

Once again, we are ready to share our extensive experience with the leading lawyers specializing in Corporate Law who will participate in the seminar organized by the editors of the magazine on December 12, where a Partner of our company, Jaroslav Geraskin, is going to be one of the speakers.

The presentation will focus on "Major Transactions and Non-Arm’s Length Transactions." Our professional insight will provide company managers and our colleagues from the professional community with information based on BEFL’s daily practice, which will facilitate reasonable planning of corporate procedures for major transactions and non-arm’s length transactions. Cases of actual judicial practice, expressing court opinions on complex and controversial aspects of such transactions, will be analyzed.
