BEFL’s managing partner, Vladislav Novoselov, will participate in two business conferences for Russian and foreign companies involved in argibusiness.

One presentation will be given on Agricultural Market, 2005-2013: What to Buy and How to Sell? Roadmaps of Entering the Agribusiness, on December 7, 2012 at the conference ‘Russian Agricultural Holdings’.

Vladislav will talk about strategies and approaches to investment, give an account of the history of the last 5-7 years. He will use practical examples to illustrate the changing priorities in choosing investment objects, list the key factors that prompt investors to choose certain investment objects, introduce the forecast of the agricultural assets market for 2013.

In January 2013 at the conference ‘Where the Margin is, 2013’, Vladislav will be speaking on The Current Situation in the Market of Agricultural Land, Difficulties in Securing Ownership, and will assess the current situation on the land market, discuss the main issues that arise in transactions involving agricultural assets, share the experience of our company on the ways to reduce legal risks, and elaborate on taxation.
