Vladislav is a member of the executive body of BEFL and a co-founder of the Company.

He specializes in audit, taxes, corporate finance, and in managing projects to support M&A transactions in SMEs. Vladislav has a wealth of experience in managing M&As in agribusiness, arranging complex inspections (due diligence) and structuring transactions.
