BEFL has completed the first stage of an investment project it is currently supporting. The project is based on the purchase of a forestry company on the territory of Krasnoyarsky Krai.
During the first stage:
we performed legal and financial Due Diligence of certain companies and made sure the ownership rights to the parcels of forest land were unimpaired;
we structured and supported a number of transactions within the process of purchasing shares in the equities of the companies;
we developed and supported a set of transactions to raise funds and protect the rights of creditors.
