BEFL has been chosen as a consultant to arrange due diligence and to structure an investment transaction with regard to the acquisition of rights to agricultural land. Assigned by a major Russian agricultural holding, our experts will test the validity of title to 50 hectares of land located in the Central Federal District and structure the transaction on acquiring the said title. After the completion of land acquisition the agricultural holding will become one of the 15 largest agricultural land owners in Russia.
