BEFL's partner, Yaroslav Geraskin, has attended the professional seminar organised by the magazine “Joint-Stock Company: Corporate Management issues” ("Акционерное общество: вопросы корпоративного управления "). The presentation was focused on the issue that public companies can always relate to, which is "Major Transactions and Non-Arm’s Length Transactions."
