On April 21, 2011 audit and consultancy company BEFL held consultancy workshop for lawyers of business entities on 'Transactions with special procedure' in its backup office in Orel.

Among the seminar participants were the representatives of major Russian banks (ZAO Raiffeisenbank, JSC Russian Agricultural Bank) and companies of various industries (ZAO Sanofi-Aventis Vostok, JSC Mtsensk Foundry, OJSC Agro-Industrial Complex ‘Orlovskaya Niva’, JSC Yubileynoye, CJSC Orel Flour Mill, LLC Sakhar).

At the workshop the participants could discuss relevant issues with the speakers and were provided with handouts illustrating key legislation provisions relating to the topic of the workshop.

After the workshop the participants were questioned and the results revealed their profound interest in similar events. BEFL is going to continue holding such workshops. Topics and dates of consultancy workshops will be available on our Company's website.
