Placement of additional issuance of OJSC MLRZ Milorem shares among private investors has been launched as a part of the large investment project of Open Joint-Stock Company Michurinsk Locomotive Repair Works 'Milorem' supported by audit and consultancy company BEFL.

'This issuance of shares plays a significant role for Tambov region in general and is implemented under the patronage of the Tambov regional administration,' BEFL Director of Consultancy Yaroslav Geraskin said. 'With assistance of BEFL specialists the issuance and its state registration took place within the shortest period. Such projects are usually complex but they enable the consultants to demonstrate their professional knowledge and skills in full.'
