Audit and consultancy company BEFL has launched a new project to render M&A consultancy services to the leading Russian investment holding in the agricultural sector.

The project will include support of the investment transaction relating to purchase of controlling interest in a major regional agricultural company located in the Central Russia, including:

• legal and financial due diligence
• consultancy services as regards structuring the transaction.
