In October 2010 audit and consultancy Company BEFL was selected to serve as advisor to the industrial group, combining the enterprises of by-product coke industry and coal preparation in Donetsk region (Ukraine).

Optimization of the group taxation, creation of business defence mechanism and improvement of its investment opportunities are the main tasks set for BEFL.

Moreover, BEFL has to define the fair value of the business for the purposes of negotiating with potential investors.
