BEFL executes a major project on complex due diligence and express appraisal of the business cost of a group of companies involved in agricultural production, storage and further processing for one of the major banks of Kazakhstan. In June 2008 BEFL won the tender to act as the bank’s financial and legal consultant on the restructuring and sale of a Russia-based business operating in the field of agricultural production and processing.
