These projects include the financial and legal due diligence of 11 companies led by the new management of Agriholding. This firm has cultivated land exceeding 75,000 ha, total corn production of in excess of 9,000 tons per year and a dairy unit comprising 1,200 cows. Our assignment also includes a project to computerize the rights account to agricultural land for an agricultural holding with foreign participants involved, with tasks including choosing a software supplier, creating design specifications, testing and system startup.
