Tasked with optimizing the structure of an agricultural holding, BEFL focused on developing the ownership concept and strategy, transferring assets, and changing rights and liabilities between companies within the holding. The Client controls more than 350,000 ha of agricultural land and combines more than 30 agricultural companies operating in six regions of the Russian Federation.
